No Bake Oreo Cheesecake

  Chilled Yogurt Cheese Cake

Ingredients
( half the ingredients portion for a small family of 4)


For Base

  • few scoops of   Margarine ( just enough to mix the crumbs) 
  • 2 packs    Oreo biscuits, finely milled ( remove oreo fillings) 


For Cheese Filling

1X200g        Cream Cheese (at room temperature)

200ml           Milk

2.5tsp            Gelatin Powder


Step

1. Combine Base ingredients together and press firmly onto the base. - Keep chilled

2. Double boil geletin powder with 200ml milk (keep stiring it to make sure all the gelatin powder is dissolve. ~ leave to cool.

3. Beat cream cheese until softened

4. Add in (2) into the mixture slowly and until all are mixed well ( watery at this juncture) 

5. Add Oreo bits after step 4

6. Mix well and pour onto the biscuit base 

7. Keep chilled for 3 hours to set mixture

8. Dust Oreo bits onto the top of the cream cake

~ keep chilled for another hour before serving

Ta da~~~!!!! Done....!!!!
