Chicken Tofu Balls

For The Tofu Balls


Ingredients :

5 slices of breastmeat - chopped and minced

1 pack of 2 tau kwa

some carrots - shredded

koo chye - sliced


Seasoning :

a dash of pepper

15ml of sesame oil

1 tsp of oyster sauce

a dash of salt


Steps 

Mix Ingredients and Seasoning until blended

Make into balls

Steam the balls for 15 min

gravy will start appearing when cooked


 For The Gravy

a dash of pepper

1 tsp of sesame oil

1 tsp of oyster sauce

1 tsp of black sauce

a dash of salt

150ml water

corn starch dissolved in water


Steps 

Place all ingredients except cornstarch into a pot

Stir till dissolved in water until it boils

add cornstarch already dissolved in water until the sauce thickens
