No Bake Chocolate Cheese Cake

 Chilled Yogurt Cheese Cake

Ingredients
( half the ingredients portion for a small family of 4)


For Base

100g    Butter at room temperature
            Suggested 8" Round mould with movable bottom

2 packs    Oreo biscuits, finely milled
( remove fillings in oreo fillings) 


For Chocolate Paste 

10 pc    Small Lyndtt Chocolate ( approx 10g per pc)

200ml   Milk

4tsp        Gelatine Powder ( Bakeman) 2tsp for 0.5l water to make jelly texture



For Cheese Filling

1X200 g    Cream Cheese (at room temperature)


Step

1. Combine Base ingredients together and press firmly onto the base. - Keep chilled

2. Double boil geletin powder with chocolate & 100ml milk (keep stiring it to make sure all the gelatin powder is dissolve. ~ leave to cool.

3. Beat cream cheese

4. Add in Chocolate Paste ~ Mix well.

5. Add in (4) into the mixture & pour remaining 100ml milk till fluffy. Mix well and pour into the biscuit base. 

~ keep chilled for 3 hours to set mixture.


( I made these cakes into small containers for tarts,  coz I'm not sure will the mixture set and trying this out as a fool proof method to prevent the mixture from sliding off if prepared in bigger container)

We put the cheese cake in little aluminium cups
