Pineapple Tart Modified

Modified recipe from mom's pineapple tarts

The Dough
500 g( 4.2Cup) all purpose flour
100 g wisman
200 g Praise margarine
3  egg yolks
1 egg white

Pineapple paste( refer recipe)

Preheat Oven at temperature 165C

Grease the baking plates/ tray with oil.

Mix all ingredients till well blended

Pinch out a small portion of dough, flatten it & put a pineapple ball in the centre. Wrap around till it becomes a ball

Repeat till the dough is all used up.

Put the trays in the oven with bottom heat for 20min.

Take them out

Egg wash the pineapple balls for 2x.

Put back to the oven on the 2nd rack from the 1st rack from the top.

Bake with upper heat for another 13mins.

Take out of the oven when the top of the balls turns golden.

Egg wash
3 egg yolks
2 tbsp wisman

Soft Melt the wisman and cool for awhile
Add in the egg yolks and stir

Note:
Take out the baking tray after time is up at 20min.

Do not put in the oven longer than recommended time else the pineapple balls would harden
