Ingredients
240ml milk
20gr sugar
13g instant yeast
1 tsp salt
435g all purpose flour (3.5cups)
1 egg
1 tbsp melted butter
1 cup raisins (soaked beforehand)
Steps
1. Warm up milk + sugar (50-60C)
2. Sift flour + salt + yeast > mix well
3. Add to the flour mixture egg & mix
4. Add milk mixture a little at a time into the flour + egg mixture
5. Add melted butter after dough is slightly firm
6. Add raisins after butter is folded in. (Sprinkle flour if neccessary)
7. Leave dough on with cling wrap for 1 hour in a warm place
8. Grease oil on surface of bakingware where dough gonna be placed
9. Divide rolls into 2 big rolls and subdivide into smaller rolls before placing on baking ware.
10. Preheat oven at 180°C for 10min to 15min, put a glass of water into a corner of the oven
11. Cover the rolls with towel for another 20-30min
12. Glaze the rolls with egg and place in over at 180°C for 30min to 40min

} next time : maybe can add vanilla, milk powder & slightly more sugar into the dough
