Egg tarts flaky crust

Ingredients

Dough
1.5 cups  all purpose flour
1/6 cup  cold water
1/4 tsp   salt
1    egg
1 tbsp   melted butter
80g     hard butter

Egg filling
2 eggs
1&1/4 cup milk
1/6 cup  sugar
1/8  tsp  vanilla

Steps
1. Flatten butter in oil paper > put into fridge for 30min
2. Mix flour, salt & egg. Add cold water alittle at a time until dough is mixed
3. Add melted butter to smoothen it
4. Let dough sit for 20min
5. Flatten dough just enough to fold in the flattened butter
6. Fold lightly the butter into the dough
7. Put in fridge for 30min

8. Lightly Sprinkle table top. 
9. Flatten dough with butter inside with rolling pin.
10. Fold dough into 3 folds
11. Refrigerate for 30min

(Repeat 8 to 11 for THREE times)

12. Cut into round moulds
13. Fit dough into moulds and use fork to poke the centre dough in the mould
14. Pour in the egg mixture
15. Preheat oven for 180°C for 10min30min

16. Put filled tarts in oven for 30min

Egg mixture

1. Heat milk slightly and add sugar & vanilla
2. Turn off heat and cool mixture
3. Add the eggs and mix well.
4. Strain the mixture to smoothen it.
