Chilled Yogurt Cheese Cake

Ingredients
( half the ingredients portion for a small family of 4)

For Base

100g    Butter at room tempt
            Suggested 8" Round mould with movable bottom

200g    Marie/digestive biscuits, finely milled
( 1pc of digestive biscuit : 14.8g)
~ i used 7 pc for approx 100g

For yogurt cheese

1 can    Peaches, cut into small pieces

160g     Caster sugar

200ml   Peach syrup, from the canned peaches

2X250 g    Cream Cheese (at room tempt)

20g            Gelatin Powder (halal)

300g          Nestle Natural set yogurt

Step

1. Combine base ingredients together and press firmly onto the base. - Keep chilled

2. Double boil geletin powder with peach syrup (keep stiring it to make sure all the gelatin powder is dissolve. ~ leave to cool.

3. Beat cream cheese & castor sugar till fluffy.

4. Add in Nestle Natural set yogurt, then peaches.~ Mix well.

5. Add in (2) into the mixture.Mix well and pour into the biscuit base.
~ keep chilled for 3 hours to set mixture.
