Stir Fried Kailan

My Hubby decides to stir fry some vegetables as part of a healthy dinner diet.

Yes, it's very simple, easy and almost... a no brainer as well!

Total  Preparation Time : 20min
Feeds :  family of 4 !  
Total cost about $2 for the entire plate

Try it out!

Kai lan
> Chop the vegetable to 3 portions per strand



Chopped garlic

Cooking Vegetable Oil
> 2 tablespoon

> Heat up the wok under medium heat
> Add 2 tablespoon cooking vegetable oil
> Add the chopped garlic and fry till fragrant


Add Chopped Kai Lan and stir fry under high heat


Oyster Sauce
>Add 1 tablespoon 

White Pepper
> Add 1 dash 

> Place the cooked KaiLan unto a plate.


Fried Shallots
> Add some unto the cooked Kai Lan



Final Product
~ Tada ~


P/s : alf a teaspoon of salt may be added to taste.
