Our Meat Seasoning

I like to use these seasonings to marinade any types of meat before we put them to the cook.

These seasonings are good for all types of meats and i normally call them basic seasoning.


They are :
Oyster Sauce

Sesame sauce


White Pepper

Salt


Amount varies according to different portion of the meat. For a standard portion of 250g of any meat, the portion will be as follows :

1 teaspoon of Oyster Sauce
1 teaspoon of Sesame Oil
0.5 teaspoon of White Pepper
0.5 teaspoon of Salt

Of course, you may wanna add additional seasonings if meats such as lamb or beef are being used.

I like the mild taste as it elimates the raw flavour of any meat that comes fresh or frozen. Try it out !
